JINNEE LIMITED hereinafter referred to as (“We or Us”) is the owner of JINNEE DATING APP and the contents on the website which may be added or removed from time to time. We will not share your information with any third party, other than as necessary to fulfill any request made by you and we will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

When you use our App, We collect and store your personal information which is provided by you from time to time. Personal information in this context shall include all data such as; any means of information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person who can be identified by a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, address, a photo, an email address, posts on social networking websites, and other unique identifiers such as but not limited to MAC address, IP address, IMEI number, IMSI number.

This is also applicable to personal information regarded as sensitive which could include; data relating to religious or other beliefs, health, race, ethnicity, political views, trades union membership, criminal records, or any other sensitive personal information.

For the purpose of accessing our Services, the personal information We may collect as of the date of this Policy are; your full legal name, email address, city, country, picture, phone number, and gender.

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you in accordance with the Nigerian Data Protection Act, which we have grouped as follows:

  • Identity Data includes first name, last name, any previous names, username or similar identifier, marital status, sex, title, date of birth and gender.
  • Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
  • Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details.
  • Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you might purchase from us.
  • Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, device ID and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

Our Services are restricted to individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

If you do not accept any of the modifications or amendments to the Policy, you may unsubscribe your use of the Website immediately. 12. OPTING OUT OF MARKETING

You can ask to stop sending you marketing communications at any by following the opt-out links within any marketing communication sent to you or by contacting us via Support@jinnee.org

If you opt out of receiving marketing communications, you will still receive service-related communications that are essential for administrative or customer service purposes, for example relating to updates to our Terms and Conditions, checking that your contact details are correct, etc.

You will be able to unsubscribe from service-related communications whenever you deem fit, however, your unsubscription will affect the quality of the provision of our service to you and such unsubscription to a service-related communication may be overridden to comply with a law.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.   • Right to erasure: If at any point you no longer want to continue with the use of our services and you no longer want your data to be in our custody, you have the right to request for the erasure of your data.
